Chemical Industry
Brief introduction
Biodiesel is a fatty acid methyl ester obtained by esterification and transesterification of animal and vegetable oils with short-chain alcohols such as methanol, and is a renewable and clean energy source. During the production of biodiesel, glycerin, fatty acids, metal salts, traces of water and methanol are left behind. These substances can be removed by ion exchange resin to purify biodiesel and improve the efficiency of use.

Ion exchange resins can also be used as acid catalysts. Compared with power or liquid catalysts, they have the advantages of easy separation, low corrosion to equipment, low environmental pollution, and continuous production, etc . It is mainly used for the synthesis of bisphenol A, catalytic synthesis of MTBE and TAME, and can also be used for esterification, hydrolysis, alkylation, etherification  ,etc.

Bojie offers a wide range of resins that improve the quality of chemical products or intermediates. For example, 1,4-butanediol, ethylene glycol, hydrogen peroxide, caprolactam, polycrystalline silicon and other industrial refining resins.

Bojie could provide a large range of products which help to enhance the quality of chemical products or their intermedia
Such as:
1,4-Butylene glycol (BDO)
hydrogen peroxide
Ethylene glycol
Caprolactam
Phenol
Glycerol
Chlorosilane
Removal of iodine from chemicals
Etc.
